They came well prepared for our first meeting with a market analysis, listened to our needs as Sellers, and engaged in a quick and aggressive marketing plan to quickly sell my investment property. Joe and Charlie were terrific. The brothers are a couple of smart, energetic agents that took the time to learn and listen to our needs and then were there to work with us throughout the process. The thing I didn't initially appreciate but came to really value beyond was their availability. In a market where multiple offers were common, we needed to move quickly. We saw the home we ultimately purchased the day it went on the market and made an offer hours after seeing it. Had they not been there to facilitate us moving so quickly, I have serious doubts about whether or not we would have been able to get our dream home!

Joe & Charlie were the best realtors we could've asked for. I could tell from the first meeting I had that they were detailed, thoughtful, and eager to find my wife and I a perfect home. They gave us all the information we needed to help make our decision including getting a quote from a 3rd party on a 3rd car garage, and getting the right person for a moisture inspection on our Stucco house. They were extremely honest too whenever we would ask a question on something that may detract or add value to a house, and on questions regarding neighborhood, school district, etc. Overall my wife and I could not be happier. We feel that we found the house of our dreams!!

Our experience working with the Braman Brothers vastly exceeded our expectations.
